Converge AI is moving to capture a slice of the restaurant technology market, positioning its AI-native workspace as an alternative to the fragmented tool stacks that burden multi-unit operators. The company outlined the initiative at CREATE 2026, the Nation's Restaurant News foodservice conference held at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, where it held follow-up conversations with chain leaders and franchise organizations.
The pitch lands at a moment when AI adoption in foodservice is transitioning from selective pilot programs to operational deployment at scale. Multi-unit brands routinely coordinate campaign calendars, limited-time offer rollouts, franchisee communications, and unit-level performance data across dozens or hundreds of locations — often supported by lean corporate infrastructure. The central problem Converge AI is addressing is not a lack of tools but a lack of connective tissue between them.
The Four-Product Stack
The platform's restaurant offering is organized around four specialized products that share a common context layer, meaning outputs and business knowledge generated in one workflow carry forward into the next rather than remaining siloed.
Framia Pro handles campaign asset production for brand launches and limited-time offers, generating short-form video, social content, in-store signage, digital ad creative, and menu visuals. Field and franchise teams can localize campaigns for individual markets while preserving brand standards. Enter Pro allows operations directors and unit managers to build internal tools and workflows without engineering support, surfacing performance data from across the business as integrated insight rather than discrete reports. Concat Pro functions as a growth intelligence layer spanning creator partnerships, paid media, and search, learning from brand performance data and adjusting accordingly. Combos converts promotions and brand IP into lightweight branded games that operators can deploy without a dedicated game studio, extending campaigns into shareable interactive experiences.
The company said conversations at CREATE 2026 centered on concrete operator challenges: localizing marketing for new market entries, consolidating guest feedback from disparate channels, onboarding hourly staff, and automating multilingual communications across front- and back-of-house teams.
What's at Stake for Operators
The restaurant technology landscape is crowded, with point-of-sale providers, customer data platforms, loyalty vendors, and marketing automation tools all competing for budget and integration priority on the same corporate tech stack. Converge AI's argument — that shared context across a unified suite outperforms a collection of best-of-breed tools — echoes a broader consolidation thesis playing out across enterprise foodservice software and restaurant marketing platforms.
For franchised systems in particular, the localization challenge is acute. A franchisor pushing a national limited-time offer must enable hundreds of franchisees to adapt creative for local markets, local languages, and local media channels without allowing brand drift. That workflow, currently handled through a patchwork of email threads, shared drives, and agency relationships, is precisely the use case Framia Pro targets.
"As AI moves from technological innovation to broad industry adoption, the competitive gap will no longer be defined by how many AI tools an organization uses, but by how deeply AI is integrated into its business processes, team collaboration, and day-to-day operations," said Oliver Zhang, founder and chief executive of Converge AI. "Our focus is to make that transition practical — lowering barriers to adoption, improving operational efficiency, and helping businesses turn AI into sustained growth and long-term competitive advantage."
Converge AI did not disclose pricing, customer counts, or specific revenue figures. The company said it will continue expanding its product suite, with additional modules currently in development.
