Florida-based Dunamis Premium Spirits has moved its distribution from Republic National Distributing Company to Reyes Beverage Group across Florida, Texas and Louisiana, a transition the Zephyrhills distillery says positions its portfolio inside one of the country's largest beverage distribution networks. The shift covers all four of the company's core SKUs: Dunamis Interstellar Bourbon, Zulu Hotel Airman's Gin, Bianca Supreme Aged Rum and Aero Squadron Vodka, routed through RBG Spirits & Wine.

The Awards Case

Three new gold medals in 2026 bring the brand's cumulative competition tally above 20 honors, the bulk of which are gold or double-gold designations. This year's wins include a gold medal for Interstellar Bourbon at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition — widely considered the most influential spirits competition in the U.S. — and two gold recognitions for Zulu Hotel Airman's Gin, at the Denver International Spirits Competition and The Fifty Best Gin Competition. For a five-year-old independent distillery competing across four distinct categories simultaneously, the breadth of recognition is notable and provides third-party credibility that distributors and on-premise buyers typically scrutinize during range reviews.

Scale and Market Access

Dunamis is now licensed in 18 U.S. states, and the brand is in early-stage international expansion into Europe. The company has also inserted itself into the cruise and travel-retail channel through participation in F&B@Sea in Miami, an event that surfaces spirits brands directly to cruise-line beverage buyers and hospitality procurement teams. That channel has become increasingly important for premium spirits labels seeking volume outside traditional on- and off-premise retail.

The Reyes partnership arrives after a fourth quarter of 2025 the company describes as generating 309 million media impressions and approximately 11,500 in-person consumer engagements — metrics that indicate growing brand awareness but that the company must now convert into sustained velocity on retail shelves. Victor Young, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dunamis, framed the distribution shift as the start of a new phase: "We are building this brand for the long term," he said, adding that the Reyes relationship, alongside international growth and hospitality strategy, represents "an entirely different stage" of the company's development.

The brand also carries a purpose-driven positioning that could appeal to on-premise operators and retailers seeking differentiated backstory. Aero Squadron Vodka is tied to a national partnership with Folds of Honor, with a portion of sales proceeds supporting educational scholarships for families of fallen and disabled military service members and first responders. That kind of cause-marketing architecture is increasingly common in the premium spirits and beverage segment as brands compete for shelf space and menu placement beyond price and score alone.

For operators and category buyers tracking the craft and premium spirits landscape, Dunamis represents a maturing independent: past the launch phase, accumulating credentialed awards, now plugged into a Tier 1 distributor. The test ahead is whether expanded distribution infrastructure translates to the retail and on-premise velocity that justifies continued investment.
