FullTilt Marketing has brought three new professionals into its account team to support expanding client demand across agriculture, fresh produce, and food sectors. The hires are Anna Martinez, Billie Lentz, and Elizabeth Voth. Martinez most recently built the marketing department at TrueHarvest Farms, a hydroponic leafy greens company, where she led full-funnel strategy, influencer partnerships, and retail activation while helping double shelf space. Lentz is a fifth-generation North Dakota farmer with prior leadership roles at John Deere, BASF, and the North Dakota Trade Office, bringing expertise in agricultural communications and producer engagement. Voth brings five years of communications and public relations experience, including a role as Communications Specialist for Stemilt Growers, a major tree fruit company. Melinda Goodman, president of FullTilt Marketing, framed the hires as part of a deliberate hiring philosophy. "Marketing has changed dramatically over the last decade," Goodman said. "Clients don't need another vendor, they need strategic partners who understand their business, ask better questions and can connect strategy to measurable business outcomes." Goodman added that the agency prioritizes candidates who blend technical expertise with adaptability. "We don't hire based solely on experience alone. We hire people who want to understand how businesses work, who aren't intimidated by complexity and who genuinely care about helping clients grow," she said. "Those qualities can't be taught, and they become a tremendous advantage for our clients in today's fast-moving business environment." The agency intentionally blends industry insiders—such as Lentz's farming background—with marketing professionals to build teams that understand clients' operational realities while translating those insights into marketing strategy.
Why It Matters
Specialized marketing agencies serving agriculture and food sectors depend heavily on staff who understand production, supply chains, and regulatory complexity. These hires signal FullTilt's confidence in sustained demand from clients navigating commodity markets, retailer relationships, and evolving consumer preferences in fresh produce and food.
