Scale of the Rollout
Miracle Cocktails Inc., the company behind the world's original holiday cocktail pop-up, will activate more than 150 licensed bar locations globally when its 12th season launches this autumn — a footprint that underscores the durability of experiential, season-specific beverage programming as a revenue driver for on-premise operators. The flagship Miracle on 9th Street at The Cabinet Mezcal Bar in New York City opens November 6, 2026, with partner venues rolling out across November.
The company, which has licensed its concepts to more than 300 bars worldwide since Greg Boehm founded the original Miracle concept in 2014, has built a repeatable licensing model that transforms participating bars into branded, themed destinations for a fixed season. Collectible mugs and glassware — produced by sister company Cocktail Kingdom, a barware manufacturer and distributor — remain a key demand driver, functioning as both a souvenir business and a built-in social-media amplifier for partner locations.
Menu and Format Updates
Miracle Vice President Joann Spiegel leads this year's cocktail program, introducing new serves including the Sugarplum Stampede, Sleigh-Saurus and Merry Mouse-Tail alongside returning staples such as the Christmapolitan and Snowball Old-Fashioned. The 2026 menu also features a broader range of zero-proof options — a deliberate expansion of the low- and no-ABV category that Miracle Cocktails began integrating in its 2025 season. The move reflects accelerating consumer demand for non-alcoholic alternatives within the cocktail bar channel, a segment that has reshaped spirits purchasing and menu design across the on-premise tier.
"Miracle has grown from a single pop-up into a global cocktail phenomenon over these past 12 years," said Greg Boehm, Founder of Miracle Cocktails Inc. "This year, we are excited to bring new holiday-inspired cocktails, including an expanded non-alcoholic selection, all served in the signature mugs Miracle is known for."
Portfolio Expansion
Beyond the core Miracle brand, the company is using the 2026 season to extend its portfolio on two fronts. Beachbum Berry's Sippin' Santa, produced in partnership with tiki cocktail authority Jeff "Beachbum" Berry, returns for its 10th anniversary with a tropical holiday theme at cocktail bars globally. More notably, Miracle Cocktails Inc. will debut The Haunting, its first-ever Halloween pop-up concept, at bars worldwide — signalling a strategic push to generate licensed revenue outside the traditional November-to-January holiday window.
The three-concept portfolio positions Miracle Cocktails as a year-round experiential licensing business rather than a single-season operator, a structure that mirrors broader trends in themed hospitality programming where operators seek recurring activation frameworks to sustain foot traffic across multiple calendar periods. For participating bar owners, multi-season licensing agreements with a single vendor can reduce the operational complexity of sourcing branded experiences independently. The Halloween category in particular has seen growing investment from the on-premise sector as operators look to replicate the commercial success of holiday-themed bar programming across additional occasions.
