The Menu Move

Paris Baguette is activating its largest seasonal menu push of the year on August 26, adding more than 12 limited-time products across two flavor platforms — caramel apple and pumpkin — at its U.S. bakery-café locations. The launch, timed to capture early-fall consumer spending before the traditional September shift, extends from handcrafted cakes and pastries to hot and iced beverages and savory items, broadening the brand's revenue touchpoints across dayparts.

The caramel apple collection anchors the new release with six products: a four-layer Caramel Apple Streusel Trifle (also offered in a personal-sized Trifle Cup format), a Caramel Apple Streusel Donut, Waffle, and Tart, plus a Caramel Apple Macchiato and a Caramel Apple Matcha Latte — both available hot or iced. The pumpkin lineup adds six more SKUs, including a Pumpkin Spice Cruffin, Pumpkin Cheese Danish, Pumpkin Streusel Tart, and three beverages: a Pumpkin Streusel Latte, a Pumpkin Chai Oatmilk Latte, and a Pumpkin Sweet Cream Cold Brew.

Savory and Loyalty Play

Beyond the sweet offerings, Paris Baguette is reintroducing seasonal savory items — including a Pesto Chicken Pizzetta with Goat Cheese, a Turkey, Cranberry & Goat Cheese Pastry Sandwich, and a Harvest Chicken Salad with Goat Cheese — alongside a new Chicken Sausage, Egg & Cheddar Everything Breakfast Pastry Sandwich. The savory expansion signals a deliberate push to lift average check sizes and drive lunch and breakfast traffic, two dayparts where bakery-cafés increasingly compete with fast-casual chains.

The brand is coupling the menu launch with a PB Rewards loyalty campaign designed to build repeat visits during the fall window. Members receive weekly $3 offers on medium lattes, macchiatos, matcha, and chai drinks from August 31 through September 20, and a free medium coffee with any purchase on National Coffee Day, September 29. First-time app sign-ups receive a complimentary pastry, a standard new-member acquisition mechanic Paris Baguette uses to grow its loyalty database ahead of high-traffic seasonal periods.

Charitable Component

"Every fall season, we look forward to serving our guests a menu of iconic pumpkin treats as well as new fall flavor news," said Cathy Chavenet, Chief Marketing Officer at Paris Baguette North America. "This year, we have thoughtfully reimagined your favorite pumpkin classics and crafted a decadent caramel apple lineup to turn everyday moments into cozy fall rituals."

Running concurrently with the menu rollout, Paris Baguette's Love Baked In program is partnering with No Kid Hungry — a campaign of Share Our Strength — from August 26 through September 30. Guests can donate $1, $2, or $3 at café checkouts or round up on app and online orders, directing proceeds toward childhood food access. One in five U.S. children experience food insecurity, according to the organization's data, and cause-marketing tie-ins of this type have become an increasingly common retention and brand-equity tool across the bakery-café segment.

The fall launch fits within the company's broader North American expansion trajectory: Paris Baguette has publicly targeted a network of 1,000 cafés in North America by 2030, a scale that makes systemwide seasonal menu execution — and the franchisee coordination it demands — a meaningful operational undertaking.
