The Pizza Cupcake, the Brooklyn-born frozen handheld that secured Shark Tank investment in 2021, has rebranded as Incredifulls and is expanding beyond its signature product into a multi-SKU better-for-you platform — with PB&J Cups set to hit frozen aisles this fall.
The strategic name change signals a deliberate pivot from single-product identity to platform ambition. Co-founder Michelle Jimenez-Meggiato framed it plainly: "Our objective has never been to build one successful product. We're building a platform that allows us to continually reimagine the foods that families have always loved."
The Portfolio
The rebrand arrives with a three-product lineup spanning multiple dayparts. The original Pizza Cupcake remains the anchor SKU. Breakfast Cups — made with cage-free scrambled eggs, real cheddar, cream cheese, and everything seasoning — deliver 8 grams of protein per cup and target the morning occasion. PB&J Cups, the newest addition, apply the brand's proprietary brioche-sourdough crust to one of the most universally recognised American comfort-food combinations. All three products are built on what the company calls a trade-secret, chef-crafted dough that it positions as the differentiating asset across the platform.
The proprietary crust is central to the brand's competitive framing in a frozen handheld segment that has grown crowded with better-for-you entrants. By anchoring every SKU to the same signature dough, Incredifulls is betting that bakery-quality texture — rather than clean-label macros alone — can serve as a durable moat against private-label and venture-backed competitors. The approach mirrors moves by other frozen snack innovators building multi-daypart platforms rather than single-use convenience items.
Investor Base and Retail Reach
The company is backed by Shark Tank's Lori Greiner alongside a roster of celebrity and strategic investors including Kings of Leon's Caleb Followill, actor Kevin Pollak, and model Lily Aldridge. Co-founder Andrea Meggiato, who grew up in Italy, cited culinary tradition as a creative driver: "With Incredifulls, we get to experiment and share that joy with the world."
Incredifulls already holds national retail distribution, which positions the rebrand and PB&J Cups launch as a shelf-expansion play rather than a distribution buildout. In a category where frozen better-for-you brands frequently struggle with velocity after initial placement, the company's ability to cross-merchandise across breakfast, snack, and meal occasions on existing retailer relationships could support stronger turns per SKU — a metric that determines long-term shelf survival. The better-for-you frozen category has seen sustained volume growth as operators and retailers look for products that bridge convenience and quality credentials.
With the rebrand now public, Incredifulls enters a fall season carrying its highest SKU count to date, a clearer platform identity, and the PB&J launch as a near-term proof point for its expansion thesis.
