Scooter's Coffee rolled out a multi-pronged summer limited-time-offer menu on Wednesday, combining a branded collaboration with Little Debbie, two new entries in its Bombshell beverage line, and three Dirty Soda recipes — a format that has gained meaningful traction across regional and drive-thru chains over the past year.
The Little Debbie partnership extends the snack brand's licensing footprint into the specialty-coffee channel, a growing arena for co-branded beverage innovation. Terms of the licensing arrangement were not disclosed. The collaboration adds to a string of snack-brand tie-ins that coffee operators have used to drive trial and social-media engagement during peak seasonal windows.
The Bombshell additions — strawberry and dragon fruit — target the ongoing consumer preference for fruit-forward, visually striking cold beverages. Fruit and botanical flavors have been among the fastest-growing flavor segments in specialty coffee and energy-adjacent drinks, a trend that regional chains have increasingly tried to capture before larger quick-service competitors. Scooter's existing drive-thru-focused expansion strategy positions the chain to move these products quickly through a high-throughput format.
The Dirty Soda category — typically a customized fountain soda combined with flavored syrups and a cream topper — has migrated from social media into mainstream foodservice menus at speed. Scooter's entry of three distinct recipes signals the company's intent to compete for the afternoon daypart, where carbonated customization drinks have shown strong attach rates among younger consumers.
Scooter's Coffee, which operates more than 750 locations predominantly in the Midwest and Mountain West, did not provide sales projections or pricing details for the new items. The drinks are available system-wide beginning today as limited-time offerings, with no end date publicly stated.
