sweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt, operated by Scottsdale-based Kahala Management, has launched a limited-time collaboration with Miraculous®, the animated superhero franchise owned by Miraculous Corp., introducing the Power Up Raspberry Macaron Frozen Yogurt available system-wide through Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
The promotion represents the chain's latest attempt to leverage high-recognition entertainment IP to generate incremental store visits during the summer daypart — historically the peak revenue window for frozen-dessert operators. No financial terms of the licensing arrangement were disclosed, and sweetFrog did not provide comparable-store sales guidance tied to the campaign.
Licensed-IP tie-ins have become a standard traffic-driving mechanism across the quick-service and fast-casual dessert segment, with operators from Dairy Queen to smaller regional chains deploying co-branded limited-time offers to compress the purchase-decision cycle and lift average ticket through novelty-driven toppings and flavor bundles. The Miraculous franchise, which spans animation, consumer products and live events, claims a broad international following among the under-18 demographic — a core sweetFrog customer cohort.
Kahala Management, which also operates or franchises brands including Blimpie and Cold Stone Creamery under the MTY Food Group umbrella, has increasingly relied on seasonal LTO programming to maintain relevance in a frozen-yogurt category that has faced sustained pressure from competing dessert formats, including soft-serve, rolled ice cream and boba. The self-serve frozen-yogurt model in particular has struggled with traffic normalization since the post-pandemic period. The campaign runs across participating sweetFrog locations nationally. The company did not specify the number of locations carrying the LTO, the suggested retail price of the Power Up Raspberry Macaron offering, or whether the collaboration includes co-branded merchandise or in-store activations beyond the flavor itself.
