SANY Nutrition Group LLC has launched three new protein snack products under its Beyond Resilience brand, expanding the Jonesboro, Arkansas manufacturer's better-for-you portfolio with formats designed to compete across frozen-fruit, confection-brittle, and crispy-pop segments. The products — Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops — went on sale online at b-resilience.com ahead of the company's appearance at Pepcom's Holiday Spectacular in New York City on Oct. 28.
Product & Price Points
Fro-Bite wraps real frozen fruit in sugar-free protein chocolate across four flavor profiles — Strawberry, Banana + Peanut Butter, Mango, and Blueberry Granola — and delivers 4 grams of protein per serving, or 6 grams in the Banana + Peanut Butter variant. Each 7.97-oz (226 g) package is priced at $6.98. Mini Brittles, a bite-sized caramel and milk chocolate brittle built on speculoos cream and crispy protein crisps, yields 7.5 grams of protein per 40-gram serving and retails at $7.99 for a 7.05-oz (200 g) bag. Crunch Pops lead the lineup on protein density: the savory flavors — Chili & Lime and Nacho Cheddar — clock 16 grams of protein per 20-gram serving, while the three chocolate varieties deliver 14 grams. A single 2.12-oz (60 g) pouch carries a $5.99 price point, with an eight-pouch box also available. A promotional code offering 15% off orders of $60 or more runs from Nov. 1 through Jan. 1.
Manufacturing Scale & Platform
All three SKUs are produced at SANY's Jonesboro facility, which the company says is capable of outputting up to 500 million bars and bites annually and integrates European-American process technology. The site underpins an end-to-end contract-manufacturing platform spanning custom formulation, regulatory and labeling support, ingredient sourcing, quality assurance, nationwide warehousing, and distribution — positioning SANY not only as a branded consumer goods operator but as a potential co-manufacturer for third parties seeking rapid speed-to-shelf.
"Our Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops embody everything Beyond Resilience stands for: protein that tastes like a treat, not a compromise," said Angela Pernsteiner, founder and investor of SANY Nutrition Group. "We have laid the foundation in Jonesboro to continue innovating, expanding, and developing products for years to come."
Pipeline & Market Context
The three launches sit alongside the existing Beyond Resilience Protein Crunch Bar and a disclosed forward pipeline that includes Prookies (15 grams of protein per serving), Giant Clusters (15 grams), and Vitamin Splash (4–6 grams with 20 mg added vitamin C). The breadth of formats reflects a deliberate push beyond the single-bar archetype that still dominates protein supplement retail, differentiating on texture and occasion rather than nutrient claim alone.
The timing is commercially calculated. The functional snack category has seen sustained shelf expansion across grocery and specialty retail as consumers on GLP-1 medications and calorie-conscious diets seek high-protein, low-sugar formats in familiar snack shapes. SANY is positioning Crunch Pops explicitly for that cohort, noting the product's compatibility with GLP-focused lifestyles. The savory variants also carry a foodservice adjacency play: the company cites use as a protein topping for salads and soups, which opens a potential channel beyond direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Whether Beyond Resilience pursues retail distribution partners or foodservice operators in the near term was not disclosed, but the Pepcom debut signals ambitions beyond the brand's current online-only footprint. Food & Beverage Magazine has previously covered the accelerating intersection of European confection techniques and U.S. functional nutrition, a trend SANY is explicitly riding with its European-American process positioning.
